Recently during a visit to Patna for promoting his film “Dum Maro Dum” Abhishek Bachchan expressed a desire to learn Bhojpuri and do a film in Bhojpuri with Ravi Kishan, the evergreen super star of Bhojpuri cinema. Ravi Kishan and Abhishek Bachchan have worked in “Ra 1” by Maniratnam and developed strong friendship during the shooting of the film.

Welcoming Abhishek Bachchan’s desire Ravi Kishan said that it is a good signal for Bhojpuri film industry. He further said that Bachchan family has a love for Bhojpuri. It should be noted that during the audio release of Bhojpuri film “Ganga” Amitabh Bachchan had praised Ravikishan and had called him “mahanayak” of Bhojpuri films.
