In the Bihar Assembly election 2010 every political party has nominated local muscleman as their candidates. No one can be said as above this trend.

On Tuesday Vinay Kumar Singh of BJP and Manoranjan Singh Dhumal of JD(U) filed their nominations from Sonepur and Ekma constituency. Dhumal has many cases, including that for murders, against him. But JD(U) had no problem nominating him.
