Manoj Tiwari Mridul, megastar of Bhojpuri cinema and a popular singer, was recently honored at Delhi by Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of BIhar at Bihar Shatabdi Samaroh, as a Vishist BIhari. Informs Shashikant Singh.
